ZoomSystems?

Question

I recently bought a product from a ZoomSystems vending machine at a Macy's store. Unfortunately, I'd like to return the product. ZoomSystems says they only accept defective or unopened merchandise but this is neither.

And they want me to pay for the shipping. Has anyone delt with them?

you can tell them it was defective, but you're going to have to pay for shipping if you want hem to take it back, contact your concerns with Macy's since the vending machine was in their store/
