Zooper Boogie Front Wheel Chatters or starts...

HI I have a zooper boogie, and we can be walking along and it seems if we hit any sort of small bump the front wheel starts this crazy like chattering or vibrating? what can be done to fix this?please e-mail me at karla_comp291@yahoo.comThank you for your help
