Zopiclone (Imovane) over the counter at chemists in Budapest Hungary?

Im visiting there soon and would like to know if its possible (or perhaps get a quick train journey to a neighboring country to get it? Also would like to know if there are any other countries that are easy to fly to where this drug is easily bought over the counter?
