Pakistan's runaway wicket-keeper, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Zulqarnain-Haider-c98685, failed in his attempt to find any suitor for the upcoming Twenty20 tournament, staring in September next month.
The player mainly belongs to the Lahore region, which have two representatives in the competition, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Lions-c808 and Eagles, for whom the exiled cricketer represented last year.
However, this time around both outfits have decided not to sign the wicket-keeper, after Lions snatched up Kamran Akmal and Eagles, opting the services of the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Adnan-Akmal-c42042.
Haider expressed his disappointment of getting overlooked by his own city franchises.
"It is disappointing to not be considered in either of the Lahore teams because this is my home region and if they don't select me, who will," Zulqarnain had said.

However after talks between the two parties broke down, it left the player still awaiting his faith and it seems that now he is set to miss the most popular cricketing event in the country in recent times.

The lanky keeper has played in 9 domestic T20 matches, making only 78 runs at an average of just over eleven.
