Zune Downlaoding

Hello, i'm having a hard time downloading my Zune Disk on my computer. I have the original disk and i have everything that goes with my new i just bought a new Laptop a week ago and i don't now why i keep getting a error page. I have'nt tried since yesterday so i dont know what the error page looks like anymore.
