Zune Help!?

hey everyone. For some reason my Zune just would not turn on. I tried locking it and unlocking it, i tried a hard reset(back button + up button}, AND when i insert it the comp it doesn't say found new hardware for the usb, it doesn't connect and it doesn't charge! I have alot of songs and videos on it i need help!
