Zune!!! I need HELP!!!!

Question

I just got a Zune (4GB) and I dont know how to use it. I cant figure out how you download songs or pictures or videos, how do you do that? Please try to explain it in simple terms. Also everytime I connect the USB cable it doesnt show that its connected on my computer, why is that?

Zune only supports mp4, wmv, I use cucusoft zune convertr suite to convert dvd and free video to zune video formats with high quality. You can download this software free from here

Have you even downloaded the software onto your computer?  If not you need to go to the website to download it first and then follow the step by step instructions on how to use the website and getting your computer and such to recognize your Zune.  It is pretty self explanatory once you have it all set up.

First you have to download the Zune software from the net.
