My friend gets a message that its incompatible with Vista 64bit? What do I do?

  1. That's wierd, my Zune works fine with my Vista computer. Call Microsoft and see what's up.


  2. Vista 64bit is more compatible with things then 32bit,  But yes, at one time it was not compatible with vista (back in 2006) but now it should be, Try updating your computer with windows updates,
