Zune and iPod compatibility

Question

I'm pretty sure I'm getting a Zune for my birthday. I had won an iTunes gift card at school last year and I was wondering if I could go ahead and use it, but put the songs on my Zune. Are they compatible?

Roxy you are correct. If they are DRM protected then burn them to a cd then rip them into Zune. It only works with the music though. For videos you would need a converter that strips DRM.

no itunes isnt compatible with zune, its only compatible with ipods.
