Zune battery trouble?

I have a second generation Zune, and the battery is supposed to last 20 to 22 hours according to the website, but it's dead (with a full battery) every time I wake up about 7 hours later. The strange thing is I either put it in sleep mode or fully turn it off when I'm done. Is it a defective battery or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

Leave it plugged into the usb port...or send it into the Zune repair center.  You could also try and let it drain completely, then recharge it.  My NEW 80G zune froze on me when my wife touched it (from static shock) and I couldn't get it to turn off.  I let it drain then charged it up again and it's worked fine since.
