Zune does not respond to anything. Screen stays black and when i plug it to computer and run program nothing?

Zune does not respond to anything. Screen stays black and when i plug it to computer and run program and nothing happens. Nothing has been done to the zune such as drop it or get it wet or anything like that. am i just up the creek and lose all my music and have to send it in to get fixed or is there just something i dont know that i can fix it?

You are only out of the music if you failed to keep it on your comptuer. My Zune is currently being repaired/replaced by Microsoft. When I get it back all I have to do is resync it since I still have everything on my external drive.

If your Zune is still under warranty dig up the receipt and call Microsoft.
