Zune frozen, all buttons do not work. Please help I spent 3 paychecks on this thing.

Question

I've had my Zune now for about 3 hours. I was listening to the 5th song ever played on it when it froze. I reset it by pressing the back and up buttons. It restarted but now is frozen on the screne that says Zune with the logo. None of the buttons work. I did not drop or dammage it in anyway. My questions are can I fix this myself? Has this Happened to anyone you know? How relible are Zunes? I hate Ipods after I spent 250 dollers on that and it broke and did not have an MP3 player for 3 years. Zunes how good can they be if they are so glitchy? Any one know a better brand other then the Ipod or Zune? Also this is a black 80 gig Zune purchased at Circut City.

This is not normal. Bring it back to the store and exchange it for another one.
