Zune problem. Won't connect.

Question

For some reason, my Zune isn't connecting with my computer.

When I first plugged in my sync cable, it started trying to connect, but told me to unplug it and try again. So I did, and now it's not seeing it at all, and my computer is constantly making the "new device found/device disconnected" noises every 15 seconds or so.

My USB port is fine, I checked that. I don't have a clue why it's not working.

A couple of things...

1. check usb cable.

2. make sure that the drive letter is not taken.

3. Driver for Zune maybe corrupted and may need re-installing.
