Zune software error code: 0x80070002??

Question

this comp has windows xp windows media center edition, i have zune 80GB. when i go online and download the latest version of zune software and try to install it, it gets almost done and give me that error code..

how do i fix that?

try looking at microsoft.com by typing in the error code if that doesnt help phone microsoft and btw i changed my answer cuz the last one was for something else
