Zune software problems?

I just bought a zune and i successfully downloaded and the icon is on the desktop but when i click it it doesn't do anything.

whenever you plug in your zune it should automatically pop up, but if this doesnt work then you need to erase it from your add/delete programs and try again... it might have just downloaded wrong, or not fully... best of luck.   it shouulldd be working the way your saying but if not, just try plugging in your zune to the usb port.
