Zvue mps player will not turn on

Question

I had dropped my mp3 player a few times and it worked afterward but one day i tried to turn it on it wouldnt. i put in new batteries and tweaked the battery springs and that almost seemed to work. the zvue.com popped up as it usually does to turn on but then turned off and wouldnt even do that again. it does have an opening at the top where it had dropped once and thaqt may very well be the problem. i have no idea what to do or what the problem is and will appreciate help. thank you!
