Zwinky help please ppl?

i had a zwinky and out of no where they delete my zwinky and i asked them what happened and they said that they dont need to explain what happened...please help me figure this out

there r 2 things that i know of that could have happened.

1.

u used a word that they consider inappropriate (swear words) more than 3 times.

or

2.

you annoyed somebody on zwinky (another user) and they reported you. people can report you andsay you have abused them even if you didnt.

or it could have just be a mistake.
