“It always feel bad to lose a quality player but we have to move on. Tymoschuk will definitely help us in this regard. We will be playing in the Super Cup, domestic championship and most importantly the Champions League. I think,
we should be focusing on that aspect after forgetting about any other business going around at the club,” the former Torpedo Moscow man was quoted as saying.
Zyryanov said that he was not expecting Denisov to make a move away from the St. Petersburg club after spending too many years. He wished the midfielder all the very best in the near future and told the fans not to worry after

Zenit sell their prized asset.
The Russian national joined Zenith "in 2001 and spend a total 12 years at Petrovsky stadium, playing 355 games for the blue-white-blue and scoring memorable 29 goals and giving 36 assists.
Denisov managed to win various individual and collective accolades during his playing time at the St. Petersburg club including three Russian Premier League titles, Russian Cup, and two Russian Super Cups and UEFA Super Cup respectively.
Arshavin has been heavily linked with Zenit this summer after Arsene Wenger refused to extend a contract with the player. However, Zyryanov remained tight-lipped over discussing any possible move for the 30-year-old striker.
