  1. Redox reaction is the lossing and gaining of elections

    it's easy to remember :  LEO the lion goes GER

    Loss of Electron, Oxidation              Gain of Electron, Reduction

  2. Oxidation is the process where it LOSES electrons. Reduction is when it GAINS electrons.

    The comment above is confusing beacuse there is a comma  after Losing Electron,Oxidation gains electron,reduction.
