I have been really surprised by how many men want a wife or women just to cook for them, have s*x with them, and be a slave to them.

What happened to love?

Or friendship?

I have noticed that a bit myself, but my most secure male friends want strong, independent women in their lives-partners, mothers, daughters, friends, etc.

Where do you live? Where I am I don't know anyone that just wants a slave. Afterall, they don't want a bpring 'yes' person, they love a fiesty strong willed leader who is a lover and a best friend.

Nothing happened to love  or friendship.  The dynamics of marriage have changed.  Many women needed to have a man for financial support.  Times are different now, and women, as well as  men, have changed accordingly.

Love will leave if not properly taken care of; the same goes with friendship.  What I believe is though a few men say what they say; no man actually wants a slave for a wife; just as no woman should desire to be one; come on now; that's not worth respecting; never was; never will be.  Basically a lot of women don't call taking care of thier husbands symnonomous with being a slave; for instance I take pride in taking care of mine; nothing pleases me more.  Now; let me share a little secret with you; I'm his best friend; the reason I'm saying this, is because he told me so.

There undoubtedly are many men who want women to be those things, I read about them all the time on Marriage and Divorce on here.  However, there are also a lot of men who want love, friendship, etc.  You just have to pick the right man.
