Please don't report this i just want your opinions on abortion. I would love to know what you think. i think its 100% WRONG in less like your 13, and I'm not trying to make anyone feel bad. thanks ! :)

I look at all the seven negative answers and I answer this way:

No One has the right to dictate to a woman what she does with her own body. Period.  All the goodie-two-shoes of the world just add more problems to an already difficult situation and most are clueless with no personal experiences..

Why is 100% wrong? Accidents happen, even when being careful, some have for medical reasons. I disagree with abortion being a form of contraception, as thats just wrong. But even the mature minded people may have had one at one time or another.

I am defiantly pro-choice.

And abortion is not murder!! How can you say that when many of people have had one for the 'right' reasons. I had the choice to live or die, so I had to have one as I defiantly was NOT going to leave my 2 kids behind without a mummy!

I think it is very wrong from my perspective.  If geen girls are taking the abortions, then they are the mothers of a dead baby.  I just hate when people does it, giving up the adoptions would be wise.

I don't agree with abortion, however, i'm not so judgmental as alot of people on here are. I have strong views against abortion, but i accept that some people choose to have them for their own personal reasons. I get really fed up when so many people say on here "OMG DONT HAVE A ABORTION " and stuff, because it's not their choice. People are too forcefull with their view. If i became pregnant , i would keep it or give for adoption, because i really don't feel i could have a abortion. But i really don't jude people who do have one.

Kids have s*x at 13 because their bodies tell them to.  In the wild, animals get pregnant just as soon as they're physically capable.  Unfortunately, our modern society doesn't agree with that time table and doesn't make any provision for pregnant teens or their sexual desires.

As for abortion, I used to be more liberal about it, but now that I'm older (and allegedly wiser) I think it should be avoided as much as possible and not just treated as another form of birth control.  But ultimately, it should be a private decision by the mother-to-be and her doctor.  Government has no more business dictating such decisions than healthy people do in telling desperately ill people that they can't mercifully end their own lives (but it's okay to euthanize the family pet!).

EDIT:  One afterthought:  I notice that all those in favor of liberal access to abortion have already been born themselves and so aren't ever at any personal risk--unless the trimester limit is raised to "post-gestational."

You think its 100% wrong unless you're 13?  Well then, you don't think its 100% wrong.  I think most people are that way.  I've never met anyone that is pro-life that doesn't make exceptions to the rule.  Like the whole "if the woman was raped" or "if the mothers life depends on it".  People have to remember that abortion does have a place in this world, whether we like it or not.

My personal opinion on the matter is that *I* could never do it.  Other than that, its not my place to tell other women what to do with their bodies.  They are the ones that have to live with the consequences.  Not me.

i think it is wrong. it should not be used as birth control. in some cases that the baby is severely handy cap i would hate to have to make that decision. i believe that when a baby is conceived that it is given a soul. and you are killing that soul when you abort.

I am Pro-Choice. I agree that is it killing a human life, and that if you have s*x you should live with the consequences. In my book abortion is only an option when you have been raped. I just think that it is sad to see 11 and 12 year olds having s*x and getting pregnant. Remember, this is just my opinion.

I think that is something that every woman needs to decide for herself, depending on her age, financial situation, and ability to care for a child.  If someone else decides that she doesn't want to have a baby at that point in her life, it's not my business (or anyone else's) to tell her otherwise.

It is not "killing a baby."  It is preventing an embryo from developing into a baby.  There is a difference.

I think that it is the worst thing ever. If people cant deal with the consequences they shouldn't be having s*x. Abortion is not out there to be used as a birth control method. They need to get over their selfish ways and grow up!

I think it is 100% wrong no matter what your age or circumstances.

If you believe an unborn child is a human being, then how can it ever be right to kill them? Even if the mother is 13, how does that make it okay to take a human life? Even if the mother was raped, how can that circumstance make it okay to kill another human being? It can't. There is never any good reason to abort an helpless and innocent person.

It's wrong for any age and any reason.  If getting pregnant would be fatal you need to take better precautions which do not include murdering a baby.  Just because it's legal doesn't mean it's right.  Slavery was legal in this country once too.

Abortion is wrong, it should not be use as a form of birth control. I do understand that their are certain reasons for abortions, [rape, mother's life in danger] but those should be only reasons anyone has an abortion.

You go out, you have fun, you have s*x, you get pregnant and the BABY should suffer because of that?! No.

I'd like to point out that nothing is 100% wrong 'unless'. That means it's NOT 100% wrong.

Using abortion as birth control I find morally sketchy. But there are many variables, and very often the pregnancy is incredibly dangerous and could lead to death, whether biologically or through suicide.Therefore I am pro-choice.

Regardless of one's beliefs on abortions, it's undeniable that people are still going to have abortions, no matter how much you scream at them about how it's 'murder' and ignore the scientific facts behind it. It's been around since pre-Biblical China, and it isn't going away. Personally, I don't plan on this country recessihng to the times of the coat hanger, and I'm appalled that people either don't realize this or ignore this because they think their beliefs, no matter how misguided, are more important than a woman's health.

their are circumstances where i think it can be appropriate, if someone is already a mother, and the birth of another child will knowingly put her life in danger.. yea.. its appropriate..

I think its wrong.  Even if you are only 13.  Kids that age are too young to be having s*x, and are wayyy too immature to deal with the consequences.  I think the ONLY time its appropriate is in the case of rape, and then I think they should only be able to abort during the first 8 weeks.  It still hurts me then, but I can understand.  As for others doing it, we all know how you get pregnant.  FROM s*x.  So if you are too immature and irresponsible to take care of a child you conceived, you have no business opening your legs.

Believe it or not....there are new reports that kids as young as grade 4 are having sexual relationships.....I'm a candy striper and one day I was at the hospiatal and there was a 12 year old girl having a baby...when I was 12 I was in grade 7/8 thats just bad. I believe abortion is wrong at any age. You get pregnant you deal with it

abortion....yea its wrong no mattter how you look at it. I mean unless you really have a problem like childbirth would kill you for some medical reason...no dont abort the baby. I understand that sometimes that rape victims end up pregnant and dont want to have anything to do with the baby, but even in that instance dont abort the baby!
