Make sure you have Flash and Java script downloaded, installed and enabled. You need both for any games online (some are flash, some java and neopets uses one or the other for specific games).

u probaby need like flash player or whatever its called.

EDIT: flash player is a thing that makes it so you can play flash games (a.k.a. all the games you play on neopets) if you go to google and type in flash player you'll get a thing you can download it on.
