can i still take my electronics to the airport & on the plane like ipod,ditital camera,battery charger......

Yes to an mp3 player, camera, and a charger.  Just make sure you have them readily visible when you go through screening (put them in one of the bins); it'll make the security staff have an easier go of it, and you'll be less likely to require additional screening.

Absolutely.  

Make sure you carry it all on your carry-on.  If the D-Camera is in a seperate bag, they may ask you to put it in a suitcase.

Yes, it is best if you keep it in your carry-on as those items sometimes disappear from checked luggage.  If you carry extra batteries, keep them in the original packaging.
