~all the ideas i can get!!?

please i need all the ideas i can posssibly get!

I will be having my baby shower in October(yes its early but im to excited!).This is my first child i have not found out if im having a b/g yet,but im still would like to plan the shower with unique ideas.

I was thinking to make hand made flyers there will be alot of people coming at least a hundred also i want to make it co-ed.anyways i need ideas staring from the flyer invites- to the thank you cards i send out after the shower.im looking for all IDEAS!!! thanks so much to everyone.Even if you want stories about ur baby shower!thanks again!

Ok first of all congrats on the baby. One idea would be, since you would like the shower to be co-ed and you have a lot of guests coming I would suggest you have it on a Saturday. Football season will have started and Sundays are usually dedicated to the NFL not baby showers. Saturdays are college and though usually not as bad still not good.Opening the gifts will take hours alone. You may need to compromise and have a TV available. Just a thought.
