okay,i am an african american girl,and i started highschool this week..they sent me to this school were alot of ghetto people are..its bad to say but its sadly true..i am from the bronx,but i don't act like it ,yea i have an accent but still.anyway,i am quiet,etc.and i will be like walking down the hallway not saying anything to anyone and some jackas& boy will say something stupid to me or about me...why is it that black people are always putting other ones down?..and act so dam& immature?

I am African American and you know what, as an adult I experience the same thing. I don't exactly know why that is. However, I have seen other races do it, too. No you're not racist.

If you were white you would say the same thing about white people. In other words, you are around mostly blacks so therefor you get a lot of heat from blacks. Don't shun or stereotype every single black person by saying, I'm not racist but....

no you're not racist. i think people of colour should all stick together, and it's wrong that people from the same race talk about eachother. good luck in your new school though, hope all goes well.

black people worldwide have lsot our cultures so our communities are fd up we have the same problem here in the UK and im black too the person most likely to put a black person down will be another black person

No your not racist, you are observant.  However if a white person said that they would be called racist, no matter how truthful it is.  The great thing is I know the difference between being called a racist and being a racist.

and to answer your question, I don't think its a race thing, its more like a gender thing! All guys at that age are like that, don't worry, once you get older, the guys will be more mature, it just takes time.
