  1. I would recommend you download ConvertXtoDVD. Ive been using it for a year now, on windows, never had a problem!

It will convert your video files to the dvd format readable by all standard dvd players, then burn automatically to DVD!

it is easy to use, fast and it works perfect for me.. give it a try, you'll love it

    1. Download ConvertXtoDVD from vso official site here:

    http://www.dvd-to-ipod-converter.com/con...

It can convert any video file.. like

avi, divx, xvid, mov, mkv, flv ,youtube,  mpeg1, mpeg2, mpeg-, nsv, dvr-ms, tivo, ts, ifo, vob, asf, wmv, realmedia, rm, rmvb, ogm,

    2. Add or drag-n-drop as many video files as the DVD can handle

    3. Insert blank DVD

    4. Click "Convert"

    5. Enjoy watching those video files on your home DVD player! =)

ConvertXtoDVD has a lot of extra nice features too,

for example you can make your own DVD menu or auto-generate it, add subtitles, auto-burn to dvd or save your conversion.

  2. Download DVD Flick. It's free and open-source

    http://www.dvdflick.net/download.php

DVD Flick encodes .avi into mpeg-2

After that use any image burner to write the .iso file onto your DVD

  3. I would try downloading ConvertXTODVD3 software, it is fantastic. It doesnt only burn onto a disc to play on the pc, but it converts the .avi file to DVD format and burns them onto DVD-R. It even creates a DVD menu and can convert 2 movies at the same time. Just Google it and look for a download. Its worth it because it is much better than Nero.

  4. You need to make sure that the AVI files aren't bigger than a DVD+R discs, they can only hold about 4.36GB of files so if its not working. Also don't use Nero Burning ROM program as that will give you tons of problems, try using Nero Express as it won't be as confusing as Burning ROM is.

  5. you can just convert them you just download this program i have i and i works good. after you convert them you can burn them to a dvd
