I LOVE An'Z Restaurant in Garden Grove, CA. They make the best PHO in town! They also have other great dishes like Com Ga Roti (Vietnamese Chicken and Rice). YUMMY!

Southern California has the best pho places especially the one in the Inland Empire called Pho54 in Rancho Cucomonga but if you want to go to a vietnamese community Santa Ana is the way to go.

Hey! I live in California! But I'm not Vietnamese, my friend is tho [she my best friend]. She thinks pho is okay cuz she eats to much of it so she's pretty much use to it. There are tons of Vietnamese resturants in Cali, its mainly in dowtown tho. Go look for them cuz I dont know where they are, sorry. But they're tons of them dowtown.
