well, maybe Costa Dorada is the answer, near Barcelona, Valencia and Zaragoza. With theme parks, 5 golf camps, nice beaches, roman ruins, nice wine, superb gastronomy,  the reus airport less than a 20Km. with the high speed train less than 25Km.  http://grasset.es/apartamentos-de-playa
