(chess) FIDE rating!!please help!!!?

Question

how many points are required against 9 rated players to get an initial rating?is one point against rated players sufficient to include that tournament's performance rating and contribute to my initial rating when ever the 9 games are completed.

It doesn't matter. You can lose all of the 9 games.

You get a rating after 9 games even if you lose them all.
