Aloe plant extract works very well.  The plant,  known as the "burn plant,"  does wonders.  The stuff in the stores is ok, but really not potent enough.  Ask your friends.  I bet SOMEONE has a plant!

I know you will find this odd, but EMU OIL is fantastic.  Read all about it on line, if you are curious.  It advertises radiation burn use.  I swear by it, and sell it, in fact.

I became sold on it for arthritis help.  From the time I used it on my hips and hands, my pain was gone in less than a half hour!  I use it about three times a day, and have never found anything to compare.

I have used it on sunburns, with remarkable results, also.  I gave some to my friend for her Rosacea....helped the redness tremendously.

Try Solarcaine. It's a gel, but it's fantastic. If I'd have known about that while undergoing radiation, I wouldn't have suffered quite as much discomfort.

Virgin Cocconut Oil - This is an natural anti-septic, and also will produce a protective oily layer over the burns.

Lavender Essential oil is excellent.  Don't buy a cheap one because it will be fake if inexpensive.
