I agree with what Jeff has said nearly 100%. Since you do already have an attorney I would like to think that your attorney already knows to doall of the things that Jeff has mentioned here, without you having to ask your attorney to do it. Now if you have to start telling your attorney how to do his job....please do yourself a favor by getting yourself a new attorney. Now as far as trying to save a few dollars here and there....stop buying shoes every three months...it's just not needed. I have 2 kids and neither of them need shoes every 3 months. I purchase a pair of shoes at most twice a year. But I suppose if you are like my wife, she likes to purchase a new pair of shoes every 2 months....but when you don't have the money you need to learn what to spend your money on, and what not to spend your money on. Figure out what is more important to spend your money on.
