Some do. There are three main sects of Judaism. Orthodox Jews follow Judaism almost EXACTLY how it says in the bible. Conservative are a little less strict but are still pretty traditional, and them Reform Jews, they arent very traditional, they are a modern sect of Judaism that doesnt quite follow ALL of the Mosaic Law.
