  1. first i think go with US dollars.u can convert in to local currency at the airport .2nd it depends at u how much u  will spent.but i just want to request please once my Great Pakistan.................things r better now.

  2. take a little egyptian and use ur bank card but dont use atms go into bank and get ur money there, things r pretty cheap in egypt we loved it enjoy

  3. Bring Sterling Pounds with you. The exchange rate in Egypt is much better for you than any elsewhere.

Today the Sterling pound= 10.4 Egyptian pounds in Egypt. And sometimes it is higher and goes up to 10.7 Egyptian pounds.

There are exchange offices everywhere in Egypt, also banks starting from the airport.

Always carry different values of bills with you to pay for small things and for tipping. that is to say 5 and 10 Egyptian pounds bills.

Do not forget to bring your credit card with you. There are ATM machines everywhere, that is in case you run short of money.

Things are much less expensive in Egypt than in Europe. If you have booked an all inclusive stay, then you will have to pay for your drinks only.

I can not tell how much you will need, since I do not know where are you staying and if you will buy optional tours while in Egypt to visit other places.

  4. I was in Egypt for quite a while and had NO PROBLEM using U.S. Dollars. Along with British Pounds or Euros they will gladly accept them nearly everywhere, but there is a catch. You will end up spending more money doing it that way.

For small grocery items, tips at bathrooms and restaurants, and other novelty shopping its easier to have a couple of Egyptian Pounds. Just covert at the hotel you are staying at.

Things in Egypt are relatively inexpensive...especially compared to Ireland and the UK. I Travelled through Cairo, Luxor, and Alexandria with about $500 USD after room and board costs.

Egypt is WONDERFUL, have a great time!

  5. take dollars and transfer it in airport or any bank

do not forget ur credit card in case u lost your money

take cotton loss en clothes and a cap

do not wear shorts or cut IE do not uncover ur arms or legs

or u will get attention in street

if u have a lab top bring it with u

u better get an escort from the locals for 50LE aday

i advice visiting marina and Alexandria during summer

  6. bring either British pounds or US dollars .

exchange about 200   of the currency you bring for your expences .ask for 10 and 5 Egyptian pound notes for tips .

when your local money is spent , exchange according to your needs .

things arent expensive in Egypt .

also the exchange rate is very high .

500 Sterling  is very reasonable if you pay for your board  before coming over .

but bring your visa card in case you are fascinated by something and wish to get it .

    enjoy your trip

  7. dont use forgien money with people there just change them when you go to egypt, its not difficult at all. either in the airport or near to any famous hotel you will find currency exchange shops.

egypt will be cheap to you considering your euro value with the egyptian one.
