basically my question is in regards to the most efficient way to burn off fat. my workout consists of high rep/high weight sets, along with circut training ab workout everyday at the end of my workouts. so about a month ago, i went from working out each body part once (4 days a week), to doing everything twice a week (taking 5-6 days a week), inorder to increase muscle and help burn off fat, and i've experience tremendous gains in all areas, and my body looks different, but i weigh the same. i know i need to increase cardio, as i either do 30mins on the elyptical machine or force myself to run on a treadmill (less than a mile) b/c i hate running on treadmills, before my workout. but with an increase in cardio, i run the risk of loosing stamina when it comes to my weight workouts, which i don't want. so does doing cardio after your workout have just as much affect as doing it before your workout? basically the only problem area is my stomach (although i have strong abs, i need to get the fat off of there for them to show, and me to look like i do not have a beer gut, haha). any help would be great, thanks!!
