I think you will get better answers if you post this question in the Religion and Spirituality section.   You posted it in the Environmental section.  So we would advise putting solar panels on it, or recycling it, but are at a bit of a loss as to what incantations or spells to use on it.

1. Fill your body with excess energy of the necessary type

2. Hold candle in hand

3. Push energy from your solar plexus into your arm through your hand and ultimately into the candle.

4. Alternatively you can hold your hand over the candle and push the energy downward through the air into the candle.
