I'd say tyrannosaurus, it was smarter, had binocular vision, and a much more powerful bite. It was also very muscular. Both probaly had similar speed. Giganotosarus had a bite probaly stronger than that of allosaurus, but not by much. Allosaurus' feeding bite was weaker than the killing bite of a lion. The only advantage gianoto has is that it's about 3 ft longer. Go to wikipedia to find their size chart.
