  1. ask your teacher during class!

you dont need a purse put it in your pocket?

stick it in your shirt its really easy i do it all the time no one notices

    hope i helped

  2. do you carry a backpack? Just because a girl carries around a purse doesn't mean she's on her period! I've been carrying around a purse with a bunch of c**p in it for years..makeup, chap stick, pens, sunglasses, a lint roller, my keys, wallet, etc. You should try to change during your lunch, it sounds as though you are in jr high if you just got your period. Change during your lunch, and/or before or after gym. A teacher cannot harass you if you are late if you simply say "I had a feminine issue and it's taken care of now". All throughout jr high and high school, not one teacher has given me a hard time if I was late for a legit reason.

  3. just before you leave for the bus put on a maxi pad. as soon as you get home change your pad, or if you have a girl teacher that you can trust tell her about it and she will let you go change it.

  4. Who cares if they know?  Every female gets their period.  You really do need to start carrying a purse or back pack with pads or tampons in it, a purse would be easier because in the middle of class you can't really take your back pack with you.  If you need to change it go directly to your class and talk to the teacher quietly, ask them if you can go to the restroom.  If they have a policy about not going during class just quietly explain to them that you have your period and need to be excused.  Or you could always ask to go to the nurse, that's what I did when I needed a pad or tampon and didn't have any or had a teacher that wouldn't let you leave to use the restroom.  The nurse should have their own restroom in their office with plenty of pads and tampons and just quietly let them know that you needed to change your pad/tampon and they should give you no problem and just give you a pass back to class once you are done.  I used to have to do that all the time and if you explained to the teacher what was going on even if its a male teacher they understand and they'll usually let you go.  Mine used to be horrible, I had to use two over-night pads at a time the entire time of my period and I still ended up having blood leaked onto my pants and underwear.

  5. Hey!

Seriously, don't be that ashamed of it.  You're going to have to go to the bathroom, otherwise you'll leak like I did!  I was just like you, all paranoid people would notice so I just kept 1 pad on all day and that day it was super heavy and I stood up and had a HUGE red blotch on my pants!  Luckily it was winter so i had 2 extra jackets, 1 to wrap around my waist until my mom could pick me up.

But of course, if you're really that self concious about it you could try using the overnight/maximum Always pad.  That is so big i think it could hold 2 cups of water haha... You could probably go for half a day with one of those and at lunchtime go to the bathroom n change it.   Good luck hun!  And don't worry about the boys, honestly, they don't really notice anything haha except b***s.

  6. keep a couple in your backpack

and when you get a chance to go put it in your pocket

    or up your sleeve

or even between your waistband of your shorts/pants

ask the teachers if you can go to the bathroom

n im sure some will let you go.

if not just whisper to them its a feminine problem

    and definantly go at lunch

no one will kno i promise (:

and if you dont do somethin like this then EVERYONE will know

    cuz you'll stain :/

  7. put the whole pack in your school bag then always carry one spare on your pocket then just change when you feel you have to go and change,. its going to be a bit uncomfortable in first time but you have to get used to it,.

  8. Hello,

No problem sweetie, ya don't need a purse, just hide it in your bra, if it's a pad or tampon...lol..it will be hidden for you to get to the bathroom.  Also if your a heavy bleeder, and can't get to the bathroom {although I would insist on it}, wear double pads, not tampons though.

Hope that has helped, don't  be embarrassed either, it happens to all of gurls...

    Peace,

    FreeSpiritRunning...

  9. trust me guys wont notice. also use the biggest tampon (or pad) u can then when u have a teacher who is reasonable tell her in private i really need to go to the bathroom its an emergency! : D

  10. do u have a pocket?

    theres your answer!

ha ha ha i started school already!

  11. go to school with a super tampon and a really heavy pad. you'll be fine.

  12. ok well  you should keep a pack of pads in your bag, and then put one in your pocket and ask your teacher if you could go to the bathroom and if he says no say its an emergency, it's perfectly normal ot be on your period and you shouldn't be ashamed .

  13. haha im a guy

  14. if anyone asks why you bring your purse say you brought money and don't want to lose it. plus one day every one will notice girls get periods and except it.

  15. keep a pack of pads in your locker. during classes run to the bath room. keep one lite pad in ur pocket.

  16. i used to have the same problem! if you can change it during lunch.. and if thats not good enough take a pad/tampon and put it up ur sleeve or in a folder and ask ur teacher to go to the bathroom.. thats what i do. and if that doesnt work ask to go to the nurse.

  17. dont you have a back pack? put a pad in there and get thicker pads.  maybe keep some in your locker or something boys really dont care so dont trip besides its not like its unnatural. so just either get a back pack or a purse. and start something new

  18. I suggest you make the time to change, it is better than getting up off the seat later and having someone else tell you that you have blood on  your clothes.

    Mel

  19. relaxx.

    im me on sepidehcas@yahoo.com

on yahoo messengers and ill try to help you

  20. if you put a pad in your pack pocket or in your folder nobody will notice.

and if they do it's no big deal

i've dropped a pad [unused of course] one time and everyone was like "omg a pad!!" and i just kept walking. i think i even said ewe when someone told me about it....lol.

and as for in between classes, just get big pads, and then change into another big one during lunch

  21. put them in your backpack and if you dont have time to stop at the restroom it kinda sucks.

  22. Okay, first off, you're a girl. Girls carry purses. I know that not all girls carry purses every day, but they are so common that I doubt anyone is going to notice that you're suddenly carrying a purse! Boys certainly won't notice that you're carrying your purse and think "OMG she's on her period!!!!!" Believe me, boys could care less about your purse!

When it comes to changing your protection, you'll probably just have to end up being late - or else figure out another way that you can be faster between classes. Set aside the times you're going to change, and stick to those times. Make sure you have everything you need from your locker before your designated time to change. Or you could always go to the bathroom during your break and change then, and again after lunch.
