ummm...i think if you were my boyfriend lol i would want you to surprise me, like say it at a time where im not expecting it at all. something really cute would be if you sorta lean in to her and say "guess what?" and she goes "what?" and you say "i love you" i would love that more than any sappy quote, and i think most other girls would too :)
