Yes, girth is the circumference, or distance around the p***s, which is the thickness.     To measure it, you take a tape measure and put it around the shaft of the p***s while erect.  

Thickness can also be expressed by diameter, but as most penises aren&#039;t perfectly round, girth is a more accurate measurement.
