If I remember it's about scientists cloning Hitler. I think It was good. Pretty creepy.

I thought it was great, really atmospheric and creepy!  Definitely worth a look!

it's a classic. Casts on the movie are amazing. Gregory pack, Lawrence Olivier, James Mason,  and many others.  Nominated for three Oscars, it's a great movie.    If you like Doberman pincher's, this is a must movie.
