WHat is the difference Engilsh 9A and english lang skill 1A ???

Because i got my schedule for school and i have same teacher why 2 classes English 9A and english lang skill 1A I don't understand what is english lang skill 1A ???????

What's taught in which class (and what the classes are called) depends on the school, not on English itself.  Only someone in the English department of your school can answer your question.
