Question

can you draw a track just on a piece of paper ( for line rider 2.0)

then just like import or scan the picture of the track into ur computer then insert the track u drew into line rider and use THAT rack instead of having 2 draw one rite then and ther on the actual line rider site, and if so how can u?

I don't know what you just said, but I'm going to say no. you can't.  the reason being.  if you draw on a piece of paper & then scan that, it is a raster image (dumb image)  if you create a line or series of lines in a software, they are most likely some sort of vector line (intelligent image).  However, if this program you're importing into has some sort of vectorization involved, maybe it can accept the raster scan.
