Of course. He was Jewish and supposedly circumcised. But I wasn't there so I don't know for sure.

yes he was by all definitions an Orthodox Jew so he would be as Kosher as they come...

The question as I understand is not did he keep kosher, but is he kosher. To that the unequivocal answer is no. No Jew should have anything to do with him. Leave him for the non-Jews and let Jews practice their own religion.
