  1. pastry chef, they always start really early.. if you work for saveway, woolworth, or some bread shop you could start to work from 2am at the morning.. for hotel usually are best..


    don't worry the high temp. for pastry kitchen uausally they are quit good not to hot or to cold, because you have to do some chocolate and mosse.. cannot be to hot...
