As far as I know, these names are not of Russian origin. The second name (Gherman - Герман) is rarely encountered these days; it is of German origin, namely: Hermann. Although, if by "Goga" you meant "Gosha" then it definitely sounds Russian. Gosha (also referred to as "Grisha") is an abbreviated form of Gregory (might be George in English).
