leisure bay hot tub problem

We drained our hot tub before winter and have just moved it and refilled it and started it back up.  Everything works on it except 1 set of jets.  1 set of jets works fine and the other wont blow in the tub.  You can hear the motor running, but the jets wont blow.  Could this be a air lock or something else.  HELP Please

my hot tub won,t heat,i noticed it has the reading ecn on it,how do i get it to heat hotter

I THINK that I am having a problem with what Leisure Bay calls the "Personal Comfort Control Console".  We purchased our hot tub used and since day one the red color red out was very faint and hard to read.  Recently, the lights or anything else was not being displayed.  Can not turn on, anything.  Yes, the power going to the unit is good.  Sounds as if the control console has gone bad.  Is this a reasonable assumption?  Hate to purchase a new one, just to find out this is not the problem.  Have had no other problems with the hot tub.
