Hmm..That looks like pretty advanced stuff. If you've never used Photoshop, this is not a place to start. But if you're looking for tuorials, Youtube actually has some good ones. You can also try http://www.tutvid.com

You can download grunge brushes and such things like in the picture at the provided link. theres tutorials on how to do just about anything to images. :)
