well i got a bad cramp (lower down) and I'm 12 my mom said it might be a egg releasing but i don't know

and when i get it should i use tampon or pads? witch is better?

(are tampons safe??/???)

yes it could be that you are going to get your period soon

when you get it it is up to you which you use.. just never use tampons while you sleep. tampons are safe just make sure you wash your hands before and after inserting it. and read the leaflet you get in the package.. dont be alarmed by it but just take it in.

I personally prefer pads but i know some women despise them. all on personal choise. best thing to do is get some of both and see whats best for you
