"mac address are invalid in both cmos and flash"

I'm getting this error on my ASROCK P4VM890 at bootup after flashing my mobo's bios "mac address are invalid in both cmos and flash" "Press F1 to continue"
experienced this error and have a solution?
I also found this http://www.asrock.com/support/Download/MAC_tool_dl.htm but I'm not sure whether it works with my mobo. Anyone know?__________________JOHN..
