I have to say that there are already BIG companies that have invested A LOT of money to market and they get the leads. If you are looking to go small you may want to contact family and friends and people you know.

Otherwise I would suggest that you don't put in too much money. My fiance is a Real Estate Investor and I can tell you that those who have the money to invest in marketing that kind of business are the ones who are bound to attract traffic.
